PechaKucha began in February 2003 in Tokyo as an event for young architects to meet, network, and show their work in public. Since that time, PK Nights have migrated to hundreds of cities around the world.
PechaKucha, pronounced pet-cha-ku-cha and meaning the sounds of chit-chat in Japanese, has brought Seacoast people together under a simple premise of sharing concepts, inspirations, and motivations through a creative, fun conversation with 20 presentation slides, giving each slide no more than 20 seconds.
